Innovest control plane orchestrates Nafath identity, KYC/AML screening, Shariah review, and compliance case management. Every decision is captured in the audit trail and reporting layer for regulator-ready oversight.

3. Tokenization Through SettleMint Layer

Approved issuances are tokenized via SettleMint modules (token lifecycle, compliance, signing, indexing, and APIs). Smart contracts and webhooks connect to Innovest APIs for controlled offering, whitelist checks, and operational monitoring.

4. DvP Settlement & Rental Servicing

Investor subscriptions settle using bank rails, escrow, custody, and blockchain events. Rental cashflows are reconciled and distributed as periodic income events, then principal is redeemed at maturity according to issuance terms.
